order processing times ~ please allow 4-5 days for fulfillment. shipping days are generally wednesdays and fridays.
shipping times ~ untracked letter mail typically takes 1-2 weeks to ship to canada 3-4 weeks for usa and 5-6 weeks internationally. please expect delays around the holidays as shipping can take up to 6 weeks or more due to the influx of mail being sent around this time.
updates on tariffs ~ due to the updated 50% tax on tariffs for shipments to the usa and new eu shipping regulations, i can only reasonably offer untracked letter mail shipping to customers in those countries for the time being.
for high volume orders (or orders over $50) you will have the option to select tracked shipping. however, please note that those options will include tariffs and duties costs factored in.
because i make everything in small quantities and most of my items are paper goods, it is preferred to select untracked stamped shipping. this is the most cost-effective option and to be honest, this is also the safest option as letter mail is unlikely to get stolen or lost as easily as packages do.
refund policy - if you still have not received your order and it has been 30 days since fulfillment, please reach out to me for a refund. please note, for mail club letters, refunds will only be given after 60 days from the shipping date.

what to do if i haven’t received my order / letter yet
if your order was sent via letter mail post, it is more than likely that it is just delayed and may take longer to deliver to your mailbox. please note that during the end of the year and busy holiday seasons (starting in october), there is typically an influx of letters being sent to post offices around the world. during this time, letters may take significantly longer to deliver.
i ask that you please be patient during this time as snail mail in general is a slower process and the speed depends on many factors, including your postal service, your delivery person, and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
i haven’t gotten my letter from the mail club yet
please allow up to 6 weeks for your letter to deliver during the busier holiday months (october - january). if you still have not received your letter after 60 days, you will get a full refund. please also note that i do everything myself and there are a lot of things that go into the process of each month’s letter. i only ask that you be patient with me and the postal service workers who are doing their best to get your letter delivered to you in a timely manner.
i’m worred about untracked shipping options because i can’t track it.
this is a common concern and it’s understandable! however, think about the last time you got a letter from your relatives. how often do those get lost? letter mail rarely gets lost but is more likely to be delayed. the main issue is if the delivery address has an error, which will then be returned back to me. and since it’s snail mail, the process of returning takes longer too.
why even use letter mail just use tracked shipping!
unfortunately, due to shipping costs from canada to the states and also to international countries, i can only offer reasonable costs for tracked shipping to those within canada. because the majority of my products are paper goods, untracked letter mail is one of the best options i can provide world-wide. however, i understand the concerns and i wish there was another way. i’m a small artist at the end of the day and unfortunately, there aren’t very many options for me to provide.
will stationery in the mail club letters ever be available on the shop?
yes! some select stationery pieces will become available on the shop over time. mail club members would be able to purchase them at a discounted price! expecting to have a stock available at the beginning of 2027.
i’d really like to make a big order but i would need tracked shipping. is there any way to lower the shipping costs?
if your order exceeds $100, please reach out to me! there are times when i am in the states and may be able to ship your order from there. however, for international, there’s not much i can do to lower the shipping cost, unfortunately.
