due to the updated 50% tax on tariffs for shipments to the usa and new eu shipping regulations, i can only feasibly offer untracked letter mail shipping to customers in those countries for the time being.

for high volume orders (or orders over $50) you will have the option to select tracked shipping. however, please note that those options will include tariffs and duties costs factored in.

this will not affect customers in canada, the uk, australia, or other parts of the world outside of the eu and the usa.

because i make everything in small quantities and most of my items are paper goods, it is preferred to select untracked stamped shipping. this is the most cost-effective option and to be honest, this is also the safest option as letter mail is unlikely to get stolen or lost as easily as packaged goods do.

please reach out to me if you have not received your order in over 30 days.

i have sent hundreds of packages via letter mail and have only had a handful of customers say their letters were never received. and most are due to address errors, postal service delays, or incorrect postage on my part (which would get returned back to me).

it is possible for your letter to just be severely delayed, especially during the busy holiday seasons or during adverse weather conditions. please reach out to me with your order number or reply to your confirmation email.

yes and no. unfortunately, it’s out of my control for how the tariffs are going right now. but one day, if those costs can be lifted for canadian sellers, then shipping prices will become feasible again.

the only exception is when i am in the states! because i go back and forth between the u.s. and canada often, there are periods where i will be in the states and able to ship larger orders there. to learn more about this option, please reach out to me.
